Our company is seeking a skilled and experienced Swimming Pool Operator to manage and maintain our clients' swimming pools. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and cleanliness of the pool and surrounding areas, as well as performing routine maintenance and repairs as needed. The successful candidate will have a strong knowledge of swimming pool equipment and chemicals, as well as experience with water chemistry testing and balancing. Duties and Responsibilities: Maintain a safe and clean swimming pool environment for users. Monitor water chemistry and adjust chemical levels as necessary to ensure proper sanitation and water balance. Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning filters, brushing pool walls and floors, and vacuuming. Inspect and repair pool equipment, including pumps, filters, and heaters. Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repairs performed. Respond to and address customer complaints or concerns. Enforce all safety regulations and ensure compliance with local health and safety codes. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications: 10 pass or fall equivalent required; certification as a Certified Pool Operator (CPO) preferred. Minimum of no ' experience fresher also apply in swimming pool maintenance and operation. Strong knowledge of pool chemicals, water chemistry, and pool equipment. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and perform routine maintenance tasks.
