About us British Swim School of Frisco-Prosper is dedicated to teaching water safety and safe swimming to any one of any age or swimming ability. We are seeking swim instructor/deck ambassadors to join our team. This position will teach swimming classes to children as well as interact with parents on the pool deck. Responsibilities: - teach all levels of swimming to all ages and abilities. Represent the company with outstanding customer service. Assist with checking in students and communication with parents. Assist with set up and clean up at the beginning and end of each shift. Assist with training other instructors. Skills: -Lifeguard certification required, Strong leadership and management skills- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Ability to work well others and comfortable working with children- Knowledge of safety protocols related to swimming, Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
