We are looking for one of a kind instructors to join our team and we are looking to hire ASAP. We are looking to hire 5-8 new instructors, who love their jobs and what they do. This can be either a summer only or all year around job. This is a super fun and rewarding job. We hold team meetings 3 times a year and I like to ensure all of my instructors are happy with their scheduling, work load and work environment and will meet once a month to ensure all it going well. We are looking for both male and female instructors at this time! We travel to the clients home. So, you will be traveling throughout Southern California. If you have a preferred area or cities, please let us know! So who exactly would be a ideal candidate? We’re looking for instructors who meet the following: *training timeline is flexible, based off of previous experinece* Has graduated high school Must have your own vehicle and clean driving record Can provide at least 3 references Can work a minimum of 2 days during the week and 1 day during the weekend (we are needing a lot of help primarily Fridays - Sundays right now) Will be able to attend 1 week of hands on training and 1 week of hands off training Has ALOT of patience Loves having fun while working Has swim team or water polo experience (this is not a requirement, but you must be willing to learn strokes, to be able to teach them) Has experience teaching swim (not a requirement, but preferred) Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour Benefits: Employee discount Flexible schedule Schedule: Choose your own hours Monday to Friday Weekends as needed Weekends only Work Location: On the road
