Your Role The Swaps Distribution Specialist will be responsible for making the value proposition around 360T's SUN platform clear to existing and new clients alike. The role will leverage internal resources to break through existing obstacles to SUN adoption positioning 360T as a market leader in FX Swap liquidity. The role will involve internal and external client consultation, and success will be measured by a growth in volumes transacted on SUN. Your Responsibilities Client Interaction * Review all existing SUN client relationships, identify obstacles to SUN adoption and identify approach to remove these * Working with existing account managers build relationships with key clients and prospects * Propose a client onboarding approach / process to track progress, anticipate issues and put in place steps to mitigate these * Represent and position our product roadmap for adoption with key decision makers in key target clients Business Development / Strategy * Work closely with global sales force to maximize our global customer relationships and cooperate as a member of a team in global sales opportunities * Maintain relationships with key clients and pro-actively work with them to maximize client revenue potential * Provide input to 360T's sales / product strategy and tactics Product Management * Become completely conversant with all aspects of the existing SUN product * Vet and feedback client experience to the product roadmap Your Profile * Professional with at least 7 years of Swap trading, broking or eFX experience * Proven sales / account management skills to grow volumes and generate revenues * Extensive experience of working with and developing OTC FX Trading venues - CLOB, RFQ, RFS, ESP and aggregation * Self-starter, prepared to initiate necessary relationships, processes and planning * Credible, persuasive, well-presented with excellent communication, presentation, and execution skills * Service and detail-oriented * Reliable and capable of consolidating customer loyalty and performance through constant advisory and identification of requirement * Problem solving skills and ability to work under time pressure * Strategic/creative thinking and analytical * Excellent listening, writing, presentation and communication skills * Product launch / implementation experience * Confident and motivated team player and individual contributor * The ability to lead through influence and impact Our Offer * Performance appraisals on a regular basis * 360T Academy * Exciting technologies, growth, and investment in the future * Quick decisions, fast turn-around of ideas to implementation * An exceptional team of experts working together to maintain and improve the foundation of one of the largest FX trading platforms worldwide * Diverse and distributed workforce * Social gatherings We offer an outstanding opportunity for a highly motivated individual to participate in the growth of a successful technology company in the financial sector.
