Summary
Job Description
Configure and manage ITSM and CSM modules, ensuring alignment with business needs.
Perform system administration tasks, including user management, roles, permissions, and UI policies.
Customize forms, fields, and workflows to enhance platform usability.
Maintain and optimize the Configuration Management Database (CMDB), ensuring data
integrity and accuracy.
Utilize ServiceNow Discovery and other tools to automate asset tracking and relationships.
Develop and optimize business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and workflows using JavaScript and Glide API.
Automate processes through Flow Designer, Workflow Editor, and Script Includes.
Create and manage the Service Catalog, ensuring a seamless user experience for service requests.
Define and implement Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Operational Level Agreements
(OLAs).
Configure and optimize Case Management workflows, ensuring efficient issue resolution.
Apply ITIL principles to optimize incident, problem, change, and request management processes.
Ensure ServiceNow solutions adhere to ITIL best practices for efficient IT operations.
Develop and manage integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Servers, and Web Services.
Connect ServiceNow with external applications, databases, and third-party platforms.
Troubleshoot technical issues, identify root causes, and implement solutions to enhance system performance.
Continuously monitor and optimize ServiceNow applications for scalability, efficiency, and security.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, business stakeholders, and developers, to gather requirements and implement solutions.
Provide user training, documentation, and support to ensure successful adoption of ServiceNow features.
