We are looking for a SW Project Specialist to join our team. You will drive the end-to-end execution of complex cross-functional projects, focusing on product delivery, operational stability, and process excellence. You will work closely with the NOC team (US-based), R&D, QA, and Product teams to ensure clarity, accountability, and smooth delivery of releases and infrastructure improvements.

Your day to day:

  • Lead project planning and execution for cross-functional technology initiatives, including new product features, system integrations, and operational readiness.
  • Coordinate with the US-based NOC team to align on service delivery, incident tracking, and infrastructure support tasks.
  • Own and drive release management: track version readiness, manage cutovers, and facilitate post-release validation with all relevant stakeholders.
  • Maintain detailed project tracking in tools like Jira and Confluence; ensure transparency and communication of project status, risks, and issues.
  • Partner with engineering, QA, and product teams to define deliverables, dependencies, and milestones.
  • Drive continuous improvement by identifying gaps, streamlining workflows, and reinforcing delivery best practices.
  • Support documentation and internal reporting requirements related to planning, release notes, and retrospectives.
  • Collaborate with product and team leads to align priorities, resolve cross-team blockers, and ensure consistency in execution.

Requirements:

  • 3–5+ years of experience in technical project management, or QA leadership preferably in a high-growth, product-focused company.
  • Strong understanding of SDLC, development frameworks, and release management processes.
  • Prior experience working with global teams, including operations or NOC groups.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills; ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
  • Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, and project tracking tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence without authority and build trust with cross-functional teams.
  • Technical literacy is required to work closely with engineering teams; experience in development, infrastructure, or deployment projects is a plus.
  • Fluent English – verbal and written communication
