Your Job

What You Give Your Best For

• Assuming responsibility for agile IT project management as part of an international sustainability programme
• Managing budgets, schedules and resources within an agile product team
• Identifying and clearly defining the links between business operations and IT in order to find the right solutions
• Analysing and evaluating technical solutions
• Defining, specifying and coordinating requirements in cooperation with international experts and stakeholders at the interface between business and IT
• Helping to make ALDI SÜD more sustainable every day
  
  

Your Profile

What You Should Have.

• Extensive experience in project management and IT projects, preferably with a focus on the implementation of supplier assessment tools based on sustainability criteria
• Academic degree in business administration, business informatics or comparable qualification
• Strong communication skills
• Analytical and conceptual mindset
• Flexibility and openness to change as well as a passion for designing concepts and ideas
• Good understanding of (IT) processes
• Self-starter with a structured and methodical approach
• Very good written and verbal English language skills
• Willingness to travel internationally (up to 10%)
• Professional experience in the retail sector
• Initiative and enthusiasm for international collaboration
• Familiarity with agile working methods
