Assist in the timely preparation and submission of Carbon Disclosure Project (CDP) and MSCI ESG responses by gathering, analyzing, and organizing environmental, social, and governance (ESG) data to ensure accuracy and alignment with requirements. Assist in internal and external communications and research on sustainability related topics.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing responses to CDP and MSCI questionnaires.
• Coordinate with relevant Strategic Business Units (SBU) and Corporate Center Units (CCU) to gather essential data required for completing the CDP and MSCI questionnaires.
• Demonstrate adaptability and flexibility by taking on additional tasks and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time.
• Help perform research on sustainability-related topics and assist in internal surveys.
• Assist in preparing presentations and visual materials to support internal and external sustainability communications (e.g. social media posts).

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Sustainability related courses like Environmental Science, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and organized, with a commitment to meeting deadlines.
• Demonstrated passion for sustainability and understanding of current trends and best practices.
• Willing to collaborate across the conglomerate.
