Your Role

• onduct topographic and as-built surveys on site
• Set out foundations, columns, beam lines, and slab edges
• Calculate cut and fill volumes, distances, and angles
• Manage survey instruments and ensure their calibration
• Collaborate with construction teams, subcontractors, and façade teams
• Update technical drawings, contour plans, and AutoCAD files
• Monitor structural movement and take precise as-built measurements post-concrete casting
• Ensure real-time accuracy of data throughout the construction lifecycle

What We're looking For

• Degree or 2-year National Diploma in Building Surveying
• 5–8 years of hands-on surveying experience in construction
• Proficiency in total stations and surveying tools
• Strong understanding of technical drawings and site layouts
• Experience using AutoCAD, MS Office, and survey software
• A problem-solving mindset and strong attention to detail
