Job Description

Learn and use VBA/PowerQuery/Python to support Excel automation work to our client service team to drive productivity.

Learn and use E-Tabs/FetchMyData tool to support Powerpoint automation work to our client service team to drive productivity.

Develop and maintain project dashboards for our clients for real time progress and data analysis

Collaborate with other team to make the project run smoothly and develop advanced programming solutions and promote them to CS team.

Support internal automation and platform development to help drive revenue。

Follow data check standards to ensure program and data first time right.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or above, with technical background (i.e. major in Computer Science, Management Information System, digital commerce etc.)

Master of Mandarin, good English reading and writing skills.

Strong logical thinking, good multi-tasking, problem solving and communication skills, able to adapt to changes, quick learner.

Strong sense of responsibility, careful, serous-minded, good team player.

Sufficient knowledge of Microsoft Office - Excel, Word, PPT etc.

Good time management and project management skills.

Eager to learn new things.

  • Market Research Experience
  • Survey Programming Experience
  • Familiar with any of VBA /.NET/PHP/Java/Python/Go/MySQL etc.
  • Can work with any of front end javascript (i.e. JQuery, React, Vue, Next.js)
