Key Responsibilities

• Oversee survey staff and project management
• Ensure accurate survey calculations and map checking
• Maintain client relationships and handle business development
• Manage deadlines and project scopes effectively
• Collaborate with engineers, licensed surveyors, and technical teams
• Verify field survey data accuracy
  
  

Qualifications

• 10+ years of land surveying experience, including staff management
• Professional Surveyor License (NY preferred)
• Strong knowledge of surveying techniques, regulations, and tools
• Expertise in boundary surveys, topographic mapping, construction stakeout, etc.
• Familiarity with Carlson and Civil 3D software
