Join the Beetham Eye Institute as a Surgical Services Coordinator and play a key role in supporting ophthalmic surgical care. You’ll be responsible for scheduling vitreo-retinal and cataract surgeries, managing patient communications, coordinating ancillary services, and ensuring complete surgical documentation and insurance authorizations.

🕒 Shift: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM, Mon–Fri

📅 Start Date: 05/26/2025 | Duration: 13 Weeks

✅ Requirements:

• 3+ years medical office experience (Ophthalmology preferred)
• HS Diploma (Associate/Bachelor's preferred)
• Surgical booking & coordination experience
• Strong communication & organizational skills
• COVID vaccine + booster, BILH coversheet required
