Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Surgery Scheduler located in Addison, TX. The Surgery Scheduler will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling surgical procedures, verifying insurance information, managing phone communications, and understanding and utilizing medical terminology. Additionally, the Surgery Scheduler will manage the medical office operations related to surgical scheduling.

Qualifications

• Surgery Scheduling and Insurance Verification skills
• Excellent Phone Etiquette
• Knowledge of Medical Terminology
• Experience working in a Medical Office
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in a healthcare setting is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certification or education in a related field is beneficial
