This is a full-time hybrid role for a Surety Account Manager located in Downingtown, PA with some work-from-home flexibility. The Surety Account Manager will handle day-to-day tasks related to processing and managing surety bonds, working closely with clients to assess their surety needs, and liaising with underwriters to secure bond approvals. The role also includes maintaining detailed records of all transactions, providing clients with guidance on bond requirements, and ensuring compliance with legal standards.

• Strong customer service skills and ability to build client relationships
• Knowledge of underwriting processes and principles
• Excellent organizational and record-keeping abilities
• Proficiency in relevant software and technology
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
