Are you caring, compassionate and looking to make a real difference in the lives of children or young adults with additional needs?
We are seeking Support Workers to join a vibrant residential care setting supporting young people in their home, education setting, and the wider community. No previous care experience is required — your character, compassion, and commitment are what truly count.

- Encourage and enable young people to participate in learning, activities, and hobbies
- Promote independence, dignity, and wellbeing in everything you do
- Work closely with a multi-disciplinary team to help each individual reach their full potential
What we’re looking for:
- A genuine desire to support children and young people with additional needs
- Reliability, patience, and a positive attitude
- Ability to work as part of a team and independently
- Willingness to undertake personal care and learn new healthcare tasks
- Comfortable using (or learning) basic IT systems for record keeping
Due to the rural location, a driving licence and access to a car is essential unless you live very nearby.
Desirable (but not essential):
- Previous experience in a care, teaching, support, or childcare setting
- Relevant qualifications such as NVQ Level 2/3 in Health & Social Care
Full training and support provided:
You’ll receive full induction and continuous professional development, including mandatory training and the opportunity to gain recognised qualifications in care.
