A cyber security company in Raanana is looking for a talented and motivated Support Engineer to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for troubleshooting technical issues, identifying solutions, and delivering outstanding service to their customers.
Responsibilities
Provide remote Tier 3 support for embedded information security solutions, ensuring high-quality service delivery to customers.
Identify and resolve technical issues efficiently and professionally to maximize client satisfaction.
Collaborate with client IT and information security teams to build strong relationships and meet their specific needs.
Gain a deep understanding of security solutions from various manufacturers to offer expert guidance and support.
Requirements
1-2 years of experience in System / IT roles.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective client and team interactions.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for tackling complex technical challenges.
Prior experience in customer service or client-facing roles, with a proven ability to deliver exceptional support and build positive relationships.
Ability to perform well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Strong command of English, both written and verbal.
Advantageous: Experience working with large organisations or enterprises.
