mscripts Systems India is seeking a highly qualified Level 3 Support Engineer capable of researching and addressing customer inquiries. The ideal candidate should be technically sound with hands on experience in technical troubleshooting.

The roles and responsibilities include –

• Researching and resolving technical issues

• Filing reports regarding technical problems

• Walking stakeholders (L1 support team primarily) through solutions

• Collaborate with other engineering teams, Product Management and Account Management teams effectively

Requirements:

The candidates must possess the following attributes:

• Overall 5+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree (preferably in Computer Science or Information Science)

• Must be self-driven with excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving and analytical skills

• Excellent communication skills to effectively communicate solutions or an action plan to stakeholders

• Strong database querying skills (MySQL in particular)

• Strong conceptual knowledge in core java and should be strong in debugging and deploying Java based applications.

• Experience in Agile (Kanban) project methodologies.
