L2 Engineer

Capabilities and experience

  • 2+ years’ experience working within technical teams (network operations, system administration, security operations, and facility management),
  • Experience in an enterprise-scale, geographically dispersed environment or a cloud-based organization with exposure to vendors, in-house D&T services, and service level agreements.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting devices in a Microsoft 365 enterprise scale environment involving asset management, device enrolment, Intune for MDM and BYOD access management.
  • Microsoft certifications related to endpoint administration
  • Relevant qualifications or relevant fields of experience such as ITIL Certification / Practitioner and / or extensive knowledge of ITIL best practices.
  • Excellent communication skills including the ability to avoid technical jargon and strong interpersonal skills with a customer focus.
  • Strong analysis, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrates attention to detail, accuracy and thoroughness in work produced.
  • Demonstrate commitment to a high level of customer service delivery.


L3 Engineer

Capabilities and experience

  • 5+ years’ experience working within technical teams (network operations, system administration, security operations, and facility management),
  • Experience in an enterprise-scale, geographically dispersed environment or a cloud-based organization with exposure to vendors, in-house D&T services, and service level agreements.
  • Demonstrated project experience in Microsoft Intune (MDM/MAM) for device management (Windows and Mobile Devices)
  • Demonstrated project experience in Microsoft Defender XDR including Defender for Cloud Apps
  • Demonstrated project experience in the implementation and management of Conditional Access Policies related to the ASD Essential 8 or the ASD Blueprint for Secure Cloud Computing.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Autopilot
  • Microsoft certifications relevant to delivery outcomes
  • Relevant qualifications or relevant fields of experience such as ITIL Certification / Practitioner and / or extensive knowledge of ITIL best practices.
  • Excellent communication skills including the ability to avoid technical jargon and strong interpersonal skills with a customer focus.
  • Strong influencing and negotiation skills at an operational level
