Summary

We are looking for a Onsite Support Engineer/ Service Desk Support Engineers


Location : Rotterdam (hybrid)


Good to have Skills :

  • Good knowledge about Laptop/Desktop device management and troubleshooting for operating
  • System Troubleshooting Audio/Video devices in meeting rooms
  • Management and troubleshooting for conference room devices
  • Good to have knowledge about ServiceNow
  • Should have basic knowledge of Network


Key responsibilities :

  • Preparing new devices for the users
  • Data transfer from old device to new device
  • Software installation and troubleshooting
  • Meeting room check on daily basis
  • Troubleshoot the issues with meeting room devices
  • Inventory Management
