Perm role, Up to £30k pa DOE, Mon to Thurs

I am looking for an experienced Administrator to assist across several functions of a busy Engineering and Manufacturing company based in Wetherby.

This will suit an all-rounder of an Administrator, someone with good knowledge and experience of Health and Safety Administration, Quality Administration and Training Records. You must be happy to assist on the Customer Service side of the business too. To be successful, you will ideally have worked in a similar role for a minimum of 2 years. Other keys skills required:

• Good knowledge of Quality, especially 9001 Quality Systems
• A good working knowledge of Health & Safety and Environmental Management
• Experience of Training Records would be beneficial
• Previous Customer Service or Customer Service Support experience would be advantageous
• Good strength of character and personality with drive and energy
• Must be switched on and able to think on your feet/quickly under pressure
• Good communication and client-facing skills
• Must possess excellent IT skills
  
  

Day To Day Tasks For This Role Will Include

• Administration support within the SHEQ department to achieve excellent health & safety, environmental and quality standards across the business
• Assist with internal audits on processes and ISO standards
• Coordinate training activities in line with departmental training plans
• Maintain and update training plans and records
• Managing and maintaining records, databases, and spreadsheets
• Preparing reports, documents, and correspondence as required
• Assisting with general office administration and filing systems
• Providing support for the Customer Service team
  
  

This role is advertised as Permanent, with a salary of up to £30k pa depending on experience and hours worked. Ideally, I am looking for someone after full time hours, however, my client can be flexible on the hours and days worked.
