Meta is looking for a Supply Chain Solutions Program Manager to shape the future and lead the technical implementations of the solutions and tools that support the Infrastructure Supply Chain and Engineering group. Working across multiple business and functional dimensions, you will be successful by understanding Supply Chain strategies, translating them into Supply Chain roadmaps, and driving solution implementation. If you like a fast-paced challenging environment where you will be essential to enable Meta's unrivaled AI-enabled infrastructure, this role is for you!Bachelor's degree in a directly related field, or equivalent practical experience 10+years of experience in supply chain operations, business transformation, and program management. Automation and Tooling: End-to-end Supply Chain solutions experience, across technology stacks (Custom, and/or off-the-shelf) and software suites (i.e Oracle, o9 Solutions, Kinaxis, Agile PLM, etc). Program Management Skills: Experience in defining, managing, implementing and deploying supply chain solutions (process/business models, tooling, management of change) across multiple functions (Planning, Inventory, Order Management/Fulfillment, Supplier Collaboration, Master Data Management) and across high tech industries. Proactively identify program risks/dependencies/issues and establish action plans for execution. Technical Expertise: Technical background to translate business problems into technical solutions. Proven experience in building business cases and metrics for Programs, based on data analytics and fact based rationale. Demonstrated partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to define and drive strategy, roadmaps, and programs. Experience executing against strategy and managing through obstacles and ambiguity. Communication: Experience with creating and following a structured communication strategy to keep internal and external stakeholders informed. Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Experience with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) process and defining and implementing Program Management Methodologies (i.e. Waterfall, Hybrid, Agile). Experience with Six Sigma techniques and tools for process improvement (i.e. DMAIC, Value Stream Mapping, SIPOC, etc) and applying principles to Data Center Infrastructure supply chain processes and tools. Certifications: Supply Chain Professional (CSCP), Project Management Professional (PMP), Planning and Inventory Management (CPIM), or Transformation for Supply Chain (CTSC).
