Your Tasks

• Planning, coordination, support and communication of supply chain activities related to the cabin furnishing of serial aircraft to ensure delivery in line with customer expectations (on time and on quality)
• Understanding and coordination of activities within the cabin supply chain and its interfaces
• Participation in projects and leading of dedicated workstreams
• Managing development, industrialization and operational topics of procured items
• Setting up and updating procurement performance dashboards
• Budget tracking and follow-up
• Oversight of operational supply management work packages
• Ensuring supply chain competitiveness
• Monitoring and mitigation of procurement risks

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or Supply Chain / Logistics is required
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Project Management is required
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Supply Chain / Logistics is required
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Stakeholder Management is required
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Production Planning and Control is required
• Knowledge of SAP/MM-PP and SAP/R3 at detail-function level is required
• Strong knowledge of Google Workspace, especially data analysis with Google Sheets, is required
• Good knowledge of Change Management is expected
• Basic knowledge of Risk Management is required
• Fluent English language skills at negotiation level are essential
• German and French language skills are beneficial
