We are seeking a proactive and organized
Supply Chain Project Manager to support global packaging material operations for a high-growth customer returns program. This role is essential to ensuring the supply, invoicing, and replenishment of packaging materials across multiple international regions. You’ll be the connective tissue between stakeholders, suppliers, and internal operations to manage timelines, track demand, and drive successful project execution in a fast-paced environment.
This is a cross-functional role focused on ownership, planning, and delivery within a supply chain ecosystem that is growing rapidly year over year.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end coordination for packaging material needs across global markets
- Host regular syncs and office hours with stakeholders and suppliers
- Oversee purchase orders, forecasts, and replenishment plans for key materials
- Monitor and respond to tickets, emails, and service requests promptly
- Support packaging design iterations and related program enhancements
- Track multiple concurrent projects and report progress to leadership
- Document timelines, assign tasks, and follow through on project delivery
Top 3 Must-Have Skills:
- Proficiency in Excel and ability to quickly learn new tools/systems
- Experience in supply chain or operations, preferably within packaging materials
- Planning and forecasting expertise with the ability to navigate ambiguity
Preferred Tools & Skills:
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Ability to collaborate across time zones and with multiple stakeholders
- Background in project management and reporting
- Ownership mindset with a drive to deliver results independently
Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 2–4 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-moving environment
- Familiarity with packaging workflows is a plus
- Comfortable operating with limited supervision and high accountability
