Responsibilities: * Oversee SnOE Operational Demand Planning: Develop a reliable and unbiased unconstrained demand plan for the current quarter and the following quarter (Q+1). * Collaborate with Data Science Team: Guide analytics model development by setting clear targets and identifying potential drivers and biases to enhance traditional forecasting methods. * Supply Chain Communication: Learn, understand, and effectively train others on the company's supply chain flow, including Unconstrained Demand, Constrained Demand, and order response. * Data Analysis and Reporting: Perform data analysis and generate insightful reports. * Demand Forecasting: Understanding of demand drivers, segmentation approaches, and forecasting methods. * Interpersonal Skills: Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills by fostering trust and collaborating with colleagues across different organizations. * Coordinate and Communicate: Work closely and collaborate with regional sales, sales account teams, business management, central supply chain, control tower, and IT. Skills and Experience: * Education: Working towards towards a Bachelors and Masters degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Operations Management, Business Management, or a related field. * Supply Chain Expertise: Strong interest in supply chain management and operations. * English Business Proficiency: Strong command of English for effective business communication. * Power BI Proficiency: Skilled in using Power BI for data visualization and analysis. * SAP IBP Knowledge: Familiarity with SAP Integrated Business Planning for managing supply chain processes is an advantage. * Microsoft Office Mastery: Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, with strong proficiency in Excel for data manipulation and reporting. At STMicroelectronics, base salary is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range depending on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. The base hourly rate range for this role is between $22 and $33 USD.
