Who You Are:

• Responsible for coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of projects ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments and goals.
• Identify and lead ERP system enhancements activities.

Position Summary:

• Good understanding and experience in SAP system, particularly SAP MM (Material Management) and SAP SD (Sales and Distribution).
• Strong supply chain business process knowledge.
• Experience in business process mapping, designs and facilitation.
• Knowledge and experience of project management is a plus.
• Good data analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong commitment, sense of responsibility/ownership, results oriented and ability to adapt to changes quickly in a dynamic environment

What You Will Do:

• Supply Chain business process and system SME and key user.
• First line of defense for Supply Chain end users on day-to-day system issues.
• Develop, maintain and review work procedures and specifications in line with the up-to-date business practices
• Lead or participate in cross functional projects in line with business objectives.
• Responsible to deliver the projects within time, cost & quality.
• Coordinate system enhancement projects from requirement gathering to go-live. Ensure business requirements are clearly understood by the technical team, developed meaningful test scenarios and execute user acceptance test. Communicates final functionality to end-users and conduct training where needed.
• Monitors, report and escalate as needed the progress of projects from initiation through implementation and post implementation stabilization

What You Will Bring (Required Qualifications):

• Good understanding and experience in SAP system for SCM Module, particularly SAP MM (Material Management) and SAP SD (Sales and Distribution).

• Bachelor's

Field of Study

• Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration (with system expertise) or related fields.

Years of Experience (Minimum)

• 5 - 7 years

Preferred Qualifications:

• More than 5 years of experience in related field in the LED, Semiconductor industry.
