We’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Supply Chain & Operations Manager to oversee inventory management, supplier coordination, and logistics operations to support our global customer base.

About the Role - We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Supply Chain & Operations Manager to lead our supply chain operations. In this role, you will manage relationships across sales, engineering, accounting, and contract manufacturing to ensure seamless flow of materials and information. You’ll play a vital role in maintaining inventory, optimizing costs, and supporting business-critical decisions through accurate reporting and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory levels across internal and external locations, minimizing carrying costs while avoiding disruptions to customer deliveries.
• Collaborate with sales, suppliers, and contract manufacturers to ensure timely, accurate, and cost-effective order fulfillment.
• Coordinate with quality assurance and sales to evaluate and maintain high-performance vendor relationships.
• Assess vendor reliability, risk, and performance to ensure continuous and high-quality supply of goods.
• Identify alternate or replacement parts for cost savings, lifecycle continuity, and improved lead times, working closely with internal stakeholders.
• Build and manage supply and demand schedules, factoring in historical trends, forecasted sales, and pending inventory.
• Oversee accuracy and compliance of purchasing documents, contracts, and procurement terms.
• Lead the customer return program, tracking units, managing contract manufacturer diagnostics, and reconciling outcomes (e.g., warranty, billable, or undiagnosed).
• Interpret and manage legal and regulatory documentation related to import/export, logistics, and vendor agreements.
• Coordinate activities across internal teams and external vendors to optimize procurement and sales operations.
• Support the Accounting team in reconciling ERP transactions, ensuring audit-ready documentation for procurement and logistics.
• Perform quarterly inventory audits with internal teams and contract manufacturers.
• Reconcile inventory discrepancies by reviewing item fulfillments and receipts within the ERP system.
• Provide support for year-end audits by gathering and submitting documentation related to purchases, shipping, and delivery. troubleshooting guides.
• Ensure all advice given aligns with industry safety standards and company best practices.

Qualifications

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field required.
• Master’s degree (MBA or similar) is a plus, especially with a focus in logistics, analytics, or operations.

Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in supply chain, logistics, procurement, or inventory management roles.
• Experience in ERP systems (preferably NetSuite) and supply chain analytics strongly preferred.

Required Skills

• Deep understanding of supply chain principles, inventory planning, and procurement strategies.
• Strong grasp of ERP systems (especially NetSuite) and their impact on accounting and financial operations.
• Excellent cross-functional communication skills and ability to manage internal/external partnerships.
• Experience in auditing, reporting, and documentation for compliance and business analysis.
• Thorough understanding of international shipping processes, including proper documentation, customs declarations, and regulatory compliance for cross-border logistics.
• Ability to work hands-on in physical inventory processes while managing system-side transactions.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from data and improve operational efficiency.

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience in a high-tech, manufacturing, or field services environment.
• Familiarity with industrial equipment, connected devices, or IoT-enabled solutions.
• Experience working with contract manufacturers and technical vendors.
• Exposure to telecommunications and component-based device management.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools such as PowerBI.
• Multilingual abilities are a plus.
