Supply Chain Operations Coordinator will focus on supporting data management for commercial and non-commercial vehicles, trailers and equipment. The coordinator will enhance data accuracy, support lifecycle reporting, and assist with spend analysis using tools such as Excel, basic SQL, Fleetio, telematics platforms, WMS, and vendor portals (Ryder, Premier, Pilot). The coordinator will also contribute to recurring logistics reporting, designated administrative tasks, and other FY25 project deliverables as designated by management.
What You'll Do
* Assist in upgrading and standardizing processes for tracking vehicles, trailers, and equipment across platforms
* Work with Fleetio, telematics tools, WMS, and vendor portals to organize, validate, and maintain asset records
* Generate reports on renewal schedules, equipment lifecycle stages, and operational spend analysis
* Support logistics data collection, cleansing, and preparation for performance reporting
* Provide ad hoc reporting and administrative support for active logistics and operations projects
* Participate in relevant team meetings and provide updates on assigned responsibilities and deliverables
* Contribute to project-based assignments, delivering summaries and analysis as requested by operations leadership
* Other related duties as assigned
What We're Looking For
Minimum Qualifications:
* Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's program in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Analytics, Finance, or a related field
* Prior experience working in a warehouse, distribution, or logistics environment
* Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel -- including the ability to manipulate data, perform analysis, and use lookup functions, logical formulas, pivot tables, and conditional formatting
* Exposure to basic SQL and comfort working with datasets and structured data
* Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
* Effective written and verbal communication skills
Work Environment
Work hours are typically 8-5, Mon-Fri, some additional time may be required on evening and weekends. Office environment requiring periods of sitting, and operation of standard office equipment.
