Self-Starter Summary: This position will be responsible for partnering with channel partners, retail merchandising, and supply chain management to establish and execute device deployment for iconic and non-iconic device launches across all product categories as well as ad-hoc project requests. Expectations include managing the forecasting, internal request processes, and partnering with distribution to coordinate shipments. Responsibilities: * Examine documents, materials, and products, and monitor work processes in order to assess completeness, accuracy, and conformation to standards and specifications. * Review documents such as production schedules, work orders, and staffing tables to determine personnel and materials requirements, and material priorities. * Record production data, including volume produced, consumption of raw materials, and quality control measures. * Requisition and maintain inventories of materials and supplies necessary to meet production demands. * Maintain a calendar for all upcoming device launches and reset dates for all channels across multiple product categories * Collaborate with internal channel partners to forecast device demand for device launches across multiple retail product categories * Submit launch display forecasting, and allocation in the Global ERP System. Ensuring retail partners comply with all company-directed forecasting goals and minimizing aging * Maintain item file to include all product pricing and display counts for past and upcoming launches * Weekly meetings with internal product teams to align on inventory forecasting for non-launch-related device purchases * Work closely with Demand Planning, Visual Merchandising, and Channel Managers to understand upcoming launch priorities and proactively make forecast adjustments * Communicate with the SCM team on device shipment schedules and ensure channel partners are updated on ETA's on all shipments, tracking through delivery * Analyze forecasts and orders to create improvements to processes and procedures * Submit inventory requests in the internal NERP system for all product requests * Partner with Sales Finance to identify device forecast month for budgeting purposes * Coordinate with 3rd Party Consolidator on device deliveries to ensure timely launch reset Requirements: * Bachelor's Degree with 5+ years of directly related experience is required * Experience in SAP ERP preferred * High proficiency in Microsoft Excel * Strong organizational and time management skills * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Self-starter, able to add value without specific direction Staffmark talent working with this client receive competitive compensation and a great benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401K, and Paid Time Off plus more!
