Supply Chain Manager

Location: Houston, Texas

Schedule: Full-Time (Monday–Friday)

We’re seeking a Supply Chain Manager to lead strategy and execution across manufacturing operations. This role is responsible for inventory planning, vendor management, supplier quality, risk mitigation, and daily logistics. You’ll mentor teams, manage supply chain performance, and ensure alignment with business goals. Strong leadership, lean experience, and a hands-on approach in a manufacturing environment are essential.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (preferably supply chain, logistics, or engineering related)
• 6–10 years of manufacturing experience preferred
• Experience managing salaried and hourly teams
• Background in supply chain operations, vendor management, and lean practices
• Green Belt required; Black Belt preferred
