Coley Company is partnering with a global manufacturing leader to find a supply chain manager to oversee and transform its complex, end-to-end supply chain operations. This is a high-visibility leadership role for a strategic, hands-on professional with deep experience in logistics, sourcing, scheduling, and distribution.

You’ll be responsible for streamlining processes, optimizing inventory, building a high-performing team, and driving cross-functional collaboration across international and domestic operations.

This is a high-impact leadership role with executive visibility. You will have the opportunity to shape and lead supply chain strategy at a global level.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the entire supply chain operation, including logistics planning, scheduling, sourcing, warehousing, and distribution
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, vendors, and account managers to ensure timely and cost-effective material flow
• Develop strategies to reduce raw material inventory while increasing outbound shipments
• Build and mentor a supply chain team to meet evolving business needs
• Implement process improvements across a complex manufacturing environment
• Ensure compliance and alignment with global supply chain standards and practices
• Manage domestic and international supply chain activities

Qualifications:

• Proven experience leading supply chain operations in a complex manufacturing environment
• Strong knowledge of logistics, distribution, inventory management, and procurement
• Demonstrated ability to build and lead teams
• Excellent business communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Experience working with international vendors and partners
