Seeking a Full Time Supply Chain & Logistics Representative for in-person hybrid employment. The successful candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills and be detail oriented with the ability to independently manage multiple deadlines.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the supply chain operation for medical devices and instruments
• Organize shipment of implants, instruments, and medical equipment from our third party shipping partner
• Process customer returns, cancellation and exchanges
• Inventory and logistics management
• Establish and maintain working relationship with hospitals and independent sales agents
• Reports to onsite Senior Billing and Operations Manager
• Review billing for customer orders to ensure that invoices are accurately processed
• Assist with collections and Account Management
• Participate in various special projects as needed

Qualifications:

• Experience with SAP software
• Knowledge of MS Suite
• Strong organizational and communication skills required
• Ability to prioritize actions and manage multiple deadlines
• Self-motivated & detail oriented with the ability to work independently
• Experience in inventory management and logistics a plus
