Role Description

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Finance Head specialized in Supply Chain management to oversee and optimize financial functions related to our supply chain operations. The successful candidate will lead financial planning, analysis, and reporting for supply chain activities, ensuring cost-efficiency, financial compliance, and alignment with corporate goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement financial strategies for supply chain operations.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis for procurement, logistics, inventory management, and distribution.
• Monitor and control supply chain costs, identify savings opportunities, and drive efficiency initiatives.
• Collaborate with supply chain, procurement, and logistics teams to support decision-making with financial insights.
• Oversee financial reporting, compliance, and audits related to supply chain activities.
• Manage cash flow, capital expenditure, and investment decisions within the supply chain domain.
• Analyze supply chain performance metrics and suggest improvements.
• Lead risk management efforts related to supply chain financial aspects.
• Ensure adherence to internal policies, financial regulations, and industry standards.
• Provide regular reports and presentations to executive management on supply chain financial performance.

• Qualifications:

• A bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, and being a CA candidate is preferred.
• Proven experience (typically 8+ years) in finance roles within supply chain or logistics operations.
• Strong understanding of supply chain processes, cost structures, and financial modeling.
• Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Leadership ability and experience managing cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.
