Job Summary:

The Supply Chain Finance Analyst plays a key role in supporting financial planning, analysis, and reporting related to the company’s supply chain operations. This position partners closely with supply chain, procurement, and operations teams to ensure cost efficiency, effective budget management, and alignment with financial targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with supply chain and operations teams to develop and manage budgets and forecasts.
• Monitor and analyze supply chain costs including logistics, inventory, warehousing, and procurement.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to drive operational efficiency and cost savings.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual performance reports related to supply chain financials.
• Support inventory valuation and obsolescence reviews.
• Analyze variances between actual results and forecasts/budgets; explain key drivers.
• Support cost accounting activities including standard cost updates and variance analysis.
• Assist with financial modeling for make/buy decisions, sourcing changes, and capital projects.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives across finance and supply chain functions.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and financial reporting standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably in a manufacturing or supply chain environment.
• CPA, CMA, or MBA is a plus.
• Experience with cost accounting or operations finance.
• Knowledge of ERP systems and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and financial planning tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Hyperion).
• Solid understanding of supply chain processes and cost drivers.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
