In this role, you will drive complex supply chain transformation projects, focusing on network strategy, optimisation, and overall supply chain efficiency. You will play a key role in shaping our client’s future supply chain networks while mentoring and developing our internal team, as well as playing a pivotal leadership role in our UK business.

Your Role & Responsibilities

Lead Network Strategy & Transformation Projects

• Develop and implement end-to-end supply chain network strategies, from distribution network optimisation to future-state design
• Analyse and improve logistics, warehousing, and fulfilment operations to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
• Utilise data-driven insights to support long-term strategic planning for clients
  
  

Client & Project Management

• Deliver high-impact supply chain consultancy projects, ensuring commercial and strategic objectives are met
• Partner closely with key client stakeholders, developing trusted, long-term relationships
• Oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to maintain high-quality outcomes
  
  

Business Growth & Thought Leadership

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing and potential clients
• Support the development of compelling proposals and bids for network transformation projects
• Contribute to thought leadership, industry insights, and innovative supply chain strategies
  
  

Team Leadership & Development

• Mentor and develop junior consultants, fostering a high-performance, collaborative team culture
• Support the recruitment and training of top supply chain talent
• Drive inclusivity, well-being, and leadership excellence within TMX Transform
  
  

What You Bring

✅ Experience & Expertise

• 10+ years of experience in supply chain consulting or within a major retail/FMCG business
• Deep technical expertise in network strategy, supply chain transformation, and/or logistics optimisation
• Proven track record of leading and delivering large-scale supply chain projects
• Strong understanding of financial modelling and business case development

• Advanced problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate complex challenges
• Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder management skills
• Expertise in Excel, PowerPoint, and analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau)
