Position Summary

Our client is seeking a Supply Chain Analys to develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts for assigned product category, and manage and operate weekly demand forecast by SKU/site level using historical data, market trends, and insights, working closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Business Management, Sales, and Operations, to ensure timely delivery of products

Primary Responsibilities

• Demand Forecasting, monitoring of inventory levels and development of strategies to balance inventory investment against service level targets
• Provide regular updates and recommendations to senior management on demand, inventory, and supply chain performance
• Collaborate with Product Management, Business Management, Sales, and Operations teams to understand new product launches, promotions, and other events impacting demand and adjust forecasts accordingly
• Coordinate with HQ to ensure optimal production scheduling and supplier management to meet demand requirements
• Monitor sales order receiving and shipping process to secure monthly sales targets
• Analyze and publish weekly ATS/aging report to maximize monthly sales and minimize inventory risk.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• 3-5 year experience in Supply Chain / forecast management /demand planning / operation experience
• In-depth Excel skills, SAP, ERP, tableau is preferred
• Bilingual in Korean/English preferred
• In-depth knowledge of Supply chain operations and processes
• Strong analytical skills with a natural intellectual curiosity
• Good presentation skills and the ability to articulate insights from analyses
