Summary

Key Responsibilities:


Operations & Supply Chain Management

  • Oversee purchasing activities from parent company and suppliers.
  • Track production schedules, shipping status, and customs clearance.
  • Lead demand forecasting using sales data, market trends, and marketing inputs.
  • Ensure accurate order planning and maintain optimal inventory levels.
  • Manage domestic delivery and warehouse operations, optimizing logistics costs.

Customer Service & Sales Support

  • Supervise customer hotline, ensuring prompt and effective issue resolution.
  • Monitor customer service KPIs and satisfaction metrics.
  • Coordinate pricing strategies and updates for the sales team.
  • Support sales with quotations, contracts, and order processing.

Lead Management

  • Oversee lead collection, segmentation, and engagement efforts.
  • Monitor lead conversion rates and improve performance.

Team Leadership & Operational Excellence

  • Set quarterly goals and action plans for team functions.
  • Lead hiring, training, and performance management initiatives.
  • Report on operations, inventory, and service performance to leadership.
  • Drive continuous improvement in processes, policies, and resource planning.


Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Supply Chain management role.
  • Proven leadership experience in managing teams of 5–10 people or mor.
  • Proficient in English, with strong communication skills for working with international partner.
  • Excellent planning, team management, and cross-functional communication skill.
  • Customer-centric mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
