WHAT WILL YOU DO:

Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure they understand and meet quality requirements
Conduct supplier quality audits to assess supplier capabilities and identify areas for improvement
Work with suppliers to develop quality improvement plans and monitor progress
Analyze and resolve quality issues using root cause analysis and corrective action plans
Ensure that suppliers comply with Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) and other quality requirements
Review and approve supplier PPAP submissions and documentation
Develop and implement receiving inspection plans for materials and products procured from suppliers

WHAT WILL YOU NEED:

Engineering degree in mechanical engineering, materials engineering, or related field
5+ years of experience in quality, manufacturing or process control (including 2+ years of experience in supplier quality engineering)
In-depth technical knowledge of mechanical parts and related manufacturing processes
Experience in Suppliers Production Transfer Projects (PTP)
In-depth knowledge of inspection methods and testing procedures
Experience with quality management systems such as ISO 9001, IATF, AS9100
In-depth knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) based on ASME Y14.5 standards
Fluent written and spoken English and Polish (required C1/C2 level)
