Now, we are looking for a new colleague with SDE expertise in machining parts for our Chassis Solution Technology at our Shanghai location. What you can look forward to as a Supplier Quality Engineer

• Machining:
• Overall supplier management within commodity of turned parts, or welding tube manufacturing.
• Manage supplier APQP activities to ensure project flawless launch. Take the initiative and necessary actions to ensure the suppliers meeting all requirements and specifications during every business phase.
• Close monitoring of supplier KPIs and driving continuous improvement to meet targets.
• Perform supplier process audit. Lead the escalated quality topics and support VAVE activity.
• Lead new supplier development in collaboration with purchasing team to fulfill business strategy. Your Profile as a Supplier Quality Engineer
• Machining:
• Mechanical or tooling design background. 5 years or above of automotive business experience.
• 3 years or above experience on quality or supplier management. Be familiar with machining parts or bearing parts manufacturing process techniques and quality standards.
• Familiar with AIAG Quality tools, APQP, PPAP, MSA, SPC, FEMA..etc.
• VDA 6.3 Auditor, certificate plus. Sig Sigma Green Belt (recommended).
• Good Problem-Solving techniques experience (mandatory). Good teamwork sense and practices. Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese. Why you should choose ZF in China?
