What You’ll Do:

• Audit and manage supplier quality for thermal/electromechanical parts
• Drive root cause analysis and corrective actions
• Oversee FAI, PPAP, and quality documentation
• Monitor supplier KPIs and lead quality reviews
• Collaborate in design reviews and change control

What You Bring:

• 7+ years in supplier/manufacturing quality (automotive, EV, or aerospace preferred)
• Engineering degree (Mechanical, Industrial, or related)
• Knowledge of thermal systems, HV components, IPC/USCAR standards
• Familiar with APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA
• ISO 9001 or IATF 16949 experience
• Willing to travel (30–50%)
• ASQ certifications a plus
