Supplier Quality Engineer (6 Month Project) Workplace: 29651, Greer What to expect: 6 months+ temporary assignment, 40 hours per week 80% - 90% travel (USA only, mainly in southeastern states) to automotive manufacturing suppliers Conduct risk assessment on all injection molds Physical inspection of all molds at suppliers Taking pictures and verifying asset tags. Drafting and implementing contracts. Length of time spent at each manufacturing facility may vary. Tool/mold inspections, evaluations, risk assessments, quality documentation, reporting. What you bring along: In-depth knowledge of plastic injection molds Knowledge and experience in Quality practices and Quality management for automotive manufacturing standards. Project management skills. Basic tool knowledge to coordinate tool movement, opening, and gathering information.
