Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and select new suppliers in compliance with internal and regulatory requirements
• Review supplier processes and quality systems for compliance and improvement opportunities
• Ensure alignment of technical drawings, measurement techniques, and product specifications
• Support material qualification and process validation activities
• Manage supplier performance metrics and lead initiatives to improve supplier quality
• Conduct receiving inspections and resolve non-conformance issues
• Travel to supplier sites (approx. 25%) for audits, reviews, and collaborative improvement projects

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical, Mechanical, Industrial, or Quality Engineering
• 4+ years of experience in Supplier Quality or Supplier Development Engineering
• Background in medical device, aerospace, or similarly regulated industry preferred
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and quality assurance practices
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience with process validation and supplier audits
