Identifies and fosters partnerships with local organizations and stakeholders to enhance community presence and impact of the Reciprocal Inclusive Student Experience (RISE) Program. Develops and organizes RISE program events and opportunities for community engagement and education. Oversees development of pipelines for internship, co-op and employment opportunities for student participants. Delivers non-credit RISE Program curriculum and provides individualized ongoing support to student participants to meet academic, personal and career goals. Serves as a liaison between the RISE program, student participants, families, instructors, job internship sites, and community partners. Performs other functionally related duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree preferably in education, social work, counseling or related field.
One (1) year of experience in career development, community engagement, or student support services.
Supervisory or leadership experience.
