Assist in the coordination and development all operational aspects of all Show-Site operations, which are inclusive of Freight, Logistics and Decorating. Deliver the highest level of customer service in the most efficient manner possible. Reports directly to the Senior Operations Manager.
Responsibilities
Manage assigned show, or assigned area on show to ensure direct costs are at or below plan.
Support Accounts (Level Owner, Hall Owner, Special Projects)
In conjunction with the Operations Manager, ensure proper billing practices and proper documentation of materials, labor, and rental equipment is preformed to ensure accurate invoicing, for the purpose of capturing all revenue.
Demonstrate an understanding of compliance requirements for OSHA, DOT and Safety Requirements, and manage teams to perform in accordance with all regulatory requirements
Coordinate activities with vendors and facilities on assigned areas/projects
In conjunction with the Operations Manager, review all labor calls and staffing plans on assigned event areas/projects
Manage the labor and productivity tracking and reporting process for event areas/projects. Assist in show labor analysis.
Manage all operations involving Union personnel within the guidelines and spirit of the current contract.
Basic understanding of Management Rights and Manage to the agreed upon Collective Bargaining Agreement
Performs other duties as assigned and deemed necessary of the position
Qualifications
College degree preferred
Required one (1) to three (3) years in an operational environment
Must demonstrate proficiency in basic financial and computer skills
Strong organizational, planning and communication skills
Must be detail oriented, excellent communicator, a team player and a self-starter understanding team goals.
Work Environment
Requires ability to adapt to multiple settings and shifting responsibilities
Must be able to work under pressure

Frequently encounters uncomfortable temperatures, dust and/or other conditions
Requires working both alone and with others in a team atmosphere
Requires working with union and non-union employees
Travel up to 50%.
