Job Overview
The Supervisor of DSP (Delivery Service Providers) Operations position necessitates financial proficiency, operational insight, exceptional client service abilities, and leadership skills to maintain DSP invoicing and payment compliance efficiency. The Supervisor works closely with Finance to enhance financial processes by implementing process improvements, adopting technology, managing resources, and making strategic decisions to boost client satisfaction and performance.
Key Responsibilities - Essential Functions
- Create routine reports and performance metrics for senior management, offering analysis on the client's DSP operational and financial performance.
- Identify ways to improve financial processes, boost efficiency, and promote continuous enhancement of DSP’s experience and payment compliance.
- Work closely with accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing, and IT departments within the company to serve as a liaison between them and Amazon.
- Thorough attention to detail and precise verification of accounting, billing, and collections for DSPs.
- Familiarity with billing and collection processes, such as billing schedules, invoice terms, and payment methods.
- Manage the process of invoicing and receiving payments from our third-party vendors.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle changing priorities, and adapt to new financial systems or procedures is essential.
- To enhance payment compliance, it is crucial to communicate clearly and concisely with clients to help them understand their invoices and charges.

- Develop and Maintain detailed budgets and Forecasting
Leadership Responsibilities Strategy:
- Manage all aspects of financial operations for DSP invoicing, develop and maintain detailed budgets, forecasting, cost tracking, and proper routing of costs to the DSP and the client.
- Manage Program Specialists, providing guidance, coaching, and support to foster high performance and professional growth.
- Manage the team to deliver outstanding client communications for addressing billing inquiries, resolving disputes, and helping customers with payment-related issues.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills are necessary to convey complex financial information to a diverse audience, including senior management, operational teams, and external partners.
- Proficient in identifying financial obstacles, examining core issues, and devising creative strategies to tackle operational inefficiencies and enhance financial results and customer service.
- Being able to adapt to changing priorities, handle ambiguity, and succeed in a fast-paced, dynamic environment are essential qualities in delivery service provider operations.
- Skilled in cultivating strong relationships and collaborating successfully with cross-functional teams, spanning logistics, procurement, and finance departments, as well as external partners, vendors, and DSP’s.
- The Supervisor of DSP Financial Operations is crucial in enhancing the financial success and efficiency of delivery service provider operations. They collaborate with the IT department to enhance the invoicing system by incorporating automation tools, eliminating manual errors, enhancing accuracy, and reducing invoicing time. Foster collaboration organization-wide to continuously enhance financial experience in every aspect.
- Exceptional analytical skills for understanding financial data, recognizing trends, and suggesting data-driven solutions.
- Writing skills: Able to write applicable sections for MBR and QBR documents for client leadership
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- A Bachelor's degree is desired for this position.
- At least 3 years of experience in fleet or rental management, with a focus on logistics, transportation, or supply chain operations.
- 2 - 4 years’ experience as a people leader.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word; Smartsheet tools
- Knowledge of DSP operations, logistics processes, and supply chain management principles is crucial for managing financial operations effectively in this setting.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS, PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT Work Environment: This hybrid position is in Georgia working 3 days a week onsite and operates in a professional office environment.
Position Type/Standard Schedule: Full Time position, Monday thru Friday
Travel: Occasional travel (less than 10%) is expected
Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee must regularly talk and hear, and use hands and fingers to operate call center tools.

Pay Range:
$59,300-$83,000
The base salary range for this position is listed above. This position is eligible to participate in the annual incentive plan which is based on company performance and individual performance. Compensation ranges are based on several factors including job function, level, and geographic location. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including candidate experience, education, certifications, skill level and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed here.
