Job Title: Superintendent Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Project Superintendent to join our team, supporting industrial projects within the Maryland market. The initial project assignment will be at a prominent site, with a focus on manufacturing and processing environments. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in conveyor and process piping systems. Responsibilities * Oversee assigned project sites and manage subcontractors. * Ensure materials are available on-site as needed. * Enforce project schedules and budgets. * Create and manage construction schedules. * Order and schedule materials efficiently. * Interpret and work with blueprints. * Ensure compliance with safety standards and manage OSHA 30 requirements. * Utilize Procore for project management tasks. Essential Skills * Experience in construction management. * Proficiency in subcontract management and budget management. * Ability to manage and create project schedules. * Expertise in material ordering and scheduling. * Strong skills in blueprint reading and safety management. Additional Skills & Qualifications * OSHA 30 certification. * Familiarity with Procore software. * Experience in working on manufacturing and industrial sites. Work Environment The role involves both office work and on-site project management. You will work closely within small project teams consisting of a Project Manager, Superintendent, and Vice President. Our new office is located in Towson, MD, and offers opportunities to travel for projects if desired. Join a smaller general contractor that values interesting project work and professional growth.
