Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple complex projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
• Oversee end-to-end project execution within the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) domain, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Foster team growth and create an engaging work environment.
• Mitigate risks and uphold industry best practices.

Desired Skills & Competencies

BFSI Domain Expertise :

• Strong understanding of banking, financial services, and insurance industry processes, regulations, and compliance.
  
  

Project Management Mastery

• Proven ability to lead projects effectively with strong leadership, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills.
  
  

Enterprise Client Experience

• Experience working with enterprise clients, managing large-scale BFSI projects.
  
  

Technical Acumen

• Either .NET or Java background with strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience in managing software development projects.
  
  

Risk & Compliance Knowledge

• Understanding of financial risk management, regulatory frameworks, and cybersecurity in BFSI.
