Job Description:

We’re looking for 4 reliable and detail-oriented individuals to join our Summer Tech Support Team for a hands-on opportunity preparing school devices for the upcoming school year.

As a Tech Support Assistant, you’ll help restore Chromebooks and iPads to factory settings, clean and disinfect devices, and remove/reinstall protective cases. This is a great short-term role for anyone who’s comfortable with basic technology, enjoys staying organized, and wants a consistent Monday–Thursday schedule.

Position Details:

  • Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch)
  • Fridays off! District offices are closed
  • Duration: Approx. 8 weeks (32 working days), starting early June
  • Locations: Work will take place at various campuses each day. Must have reliable transportation and be able to move between campuses if needed mid-day.


Responsibilities:

  • Factory reset Chromebooks and iPads
  • Clean and disinfect devices using provided materials
  • Remove and reinstall protective cases
  • Follow basic instructions for setup and handling
  • Maintain organization and attention to detail with each batch of devices


Qualifications:

  • Ability to follow instructions and handle technology with care
  • Reliable transportation to travel between school campuses
  • Comfortable working on your feet and lifting light equipment
  • Dependable, punctual, and works well independently or on a small team
