We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic intern to join our team. This internship will offer a valuable opportunity to gain experience and participate in learning objectives associated with Alliance One (US Operations). * Partner with business leaders and participate in projects associated with the operations of Alliance One (US Operations) including, but not limited to: * 5S specific areas in the SBR and AOSP facilities * Factory/dept process and procedure review and/or development * Cleaning process and procedure review and/or development * ESG - project identification and analysis * Safety requirements review and analysis - (STOP packets, safety messaging, awareness) * Travel may be required as needed throughout the region. * High school diploma or equivalent required; currently enrolled in a college program preferred. * Able to work 40 hours per week for 12 week duration * Strong organizational and time management skills * Proficiencey in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). * Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to use data for project completion. * Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and technical skills. * Enthusiastic, eager to learn, and detail-oriented.
