Position Title: Subsurface Sr. Data Management Analyst

Purpose of the Role

:An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Subsurface Sr. Data Management Analyst to join a major player in the energy sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting digital transformation initiatives within upstream and subsurface operations, implementing advanced cloud-based solutions, enhancing subsurface data workflows, and driving data governance standards across the organisation

Key Responsibilitie

• s:Lead the development and implementation of digital transformation strategies for upstream and subsurface domain
• s.Deploy and integrate leading subsurface applications such as Petrel, Techlog, Studio, Compass, Kappa, OFM, and DecisionSpac
• e.Design and establish cloud-based solutions (Azure, AWS) for subsurface and upstream operation
• s.Collaborate with cross-functional upstream teams to identify and deliver data-driven solutions aligned with recognised industry frameworks such as DAMA and PPD
• M.Develop, implement, and optimise data processes, governance models, and workflows to improve upstream and subsurface data quality and accessibilit
• y.Drive process automation, optimisation initiatives, and continuous improvement in data management practice
• s.Support data analytics, visualisation projects (using Power BI, Spotfire, Tableau), and data migration activitie
• s.Apply agile methodologies to project delivery for rapid deployment and iteration of digital solution
