This is a hybrid role - 3 days onsite, 2 days remote.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design of substation physical systems and/or protection and control (P&C) schemes
• Produce electrical engineering deliverables utilizing software tools such as CYME
• Manage project timelines, budgeting, and resource allocation activities
• Serve as the primary liaison with clients, vendors, and subcontractors throughout project execution
• Direct QA/QC processes and provide mentorship to junior engineering staff
• Contribute to renewable energy integration initiatives and grid modernization projects

Needs:

• Engineering degree
• 5 or more years of HV or EHV utility substation design experience (69kV+), either in physical or protection & control design
• Consulting experience on utility substation projects
• PE license or ability to obtain PE within 2 years required
• Experience working for engineering consulting company
